"I stayed three nights at this hotel as a female traveler and I found it very safe and reassuring. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping does an excellent job every day. The housekeeping staff truly work very hard and deserve recognition. The reception team is also very professional. However, I do find it a bit excessive to charge for bottles of water. However, for some reason we were given a disabled bathroom with ours, neither of us have disabilities, which meant that the shower flooded the bathroom and then it took half an hour to get rid of the water afterwards.
